This aircraft was substantially damaged on 27 June 2019 at Zlín Štípa Airport (LKSP) in the Czech Republic when on touchdown it went to the right on a grassy surface, crossed the local road and descended from about 4 m high on to the access road and stopped in a ditch at the edge of the field.
