To N911R on 11 Jul 1981 and flew for Elan Air, ONA, Rich International, ATI and National Airlines. Later to TF-AED, HP-1088, 5N-ATS, N808CK and finally on 09 Sep 1996 to N182SK with Trans Continental. WFU and stored at YIP Jul 1999. Later scrapped.

This airframe, as PT-TCP with AeroBrasil Cargo, was destroyed in a landing accident at Manaus in November 1992.

After Laker's bankruptcy, this DC-10 stayed in the UK with British Caledonian, Cal Air, and Novair as G-BJZD before sale to FedEx as N10060. WFU to Victorville in January 2021.
