Built in June 1945 and found at Tan Son Nhut Airfield, Saigon. It was transferred to the UK by sea in August 1946, and after a long period of storage at various locations, arrived at Cosford in around 1961. Displayed at Gaydon wearing this 244th Sentai colour scheme which it wore until repainted overall dark green in 1972. The RAF maintenance serial 8476M was allocated on 13 February 1976. Displayed at Hendon from November 2003, returned to Cosford in 2011 and back to Hendon in 2022. It is the only known survivor of its type.

Ex 2 Air Navigation School. Struck Off Charge in November 1967 and relegated to the dump at Gaydon, later scrapped.

Photographed on the Friday evening before the base opened for the "At Home" the following day. High-gloss camouflage in Dark Earth and Dark Green, thankfully replaced when transferred to the RAF Museum, Hendon.

Original kodachrome slide obtained from auction. Aircraft is an original A-1a version (interceptor) and captured by the British troops at Fassberg on May 29th, 1945. It was operated by 2./JG7 as "Gelbe 7". The picture was taken at Gaydon in 1966 when it had already received a fantasy camouflage pattern but with JG7 badges.

One of 4 present from the 91 TFS/81 TFW at Bentwaters. Assigned to BDR at Hahn in 1986 and scrapped circa 1989.

Photographer not known. This aircraft was delivered in March 1960. Following repairs after an accident in 1961, XM413 was flown to No.7 FTS at Church Fenton in January 1963, where it served without incident for the next three years. At the end of June 1966, the aircraft went on to serve with No.2 FTS at Syerston, where it was coded '24'. In July 1969, XM413 began a lengthy period of storage, before being declared a 'non-effective' airframe in 1976 - it was transported by road to the Army Apprentice College at Arborfield, in Berkshire, where it was later scrapped in around 1992.
