Newly registered to BCal Helicopters just a month before this show appearance, this B214 ditched 12nm NE of Frazerburgh on 15th May 1986 following collective control failure on a return flight from Sumburgh to Aberdeen. It was recovered, repaired and sold to Bristow Australia as VH-LHT, changing to VH-BEE. After reverting to G-BKFN with Bristow in 1995, to LZ-CAW but again returned with UK reg. In 2007 became N727HT then C-GDYZ in 2010 with Helicopter Transport Services Canada. Crashed on 7th June 2021 during fire suppression ops near Nipigon in Ontario after tail rotor failure. Repaired again

The Armée de l'Air placed an initial order for 30 Epsilons in 1981 to partially replace the existing fleet of Fouga Magisters, with further contracts to bring the total up to 150. Deliveries commenced in 1983, the first training courses based on the new type starting in September 1984. Export orders were received from Togo in 1984 for three armed Epsilons and from Portugal in 1987 for 18 aircraft, to be assembled locally by OGMA. Ex-military examples are now finding favour as a high performance private aircraft in civilian hands in the US. This one is preserved at Cognac - Châteaubernard.

First flew as XW566 in 1971. Last flew in 1985. Used as a ground trainer then stored at Farnborough. To the Farnborough Air Sciences Trust for preservation in 2004.

Romanian designed and built agricultural aircraft. Cancelled from the register as scrapped in 1991.

Prototype Nimrod AEW.3. First flew in 1980. This version was supposed to replace the Shackleton AEW.2. The project was cancelled in 1986 due to delays and cost overruns and E-3s were purchased instead. XZ286 was stored at Abingdon in 1987 and scrapped in 1989.

First flew as G-ASJC in 1964. Delivered to British United Airways in 1965 who merged into Caledonian/BUA in 1970. To the Royal Aircraft Establishment as XX105 in 1971 and used for blind landing testing. Renamed Defence Research Agency in 1991 and Qinetiq in 2001. Withdrawn from use at Boscombe Down in 2003 and scrapped in 2010.

Allocated USAF serial 66-8562. Delivered to the RAF as Hercules C.1 XV212 in 1967. Converted to a C.3P with stretched fuselage and air-to-air refuelling probe by 1982. Redesignated as a C.3 in 1994. Withdrawn from use at Cambridge in 2009 and scrapped in 2012.

Registered as VH-DIK in 1982. Was on a record breaking around the world flight. Cancelled from the register in 1990. Preserved at Sydney Powerhouse Museum.

Embraer demonstrator. Went to the Brazilian Air Force as 1302 in 1984. Still in service in 2023.

First flew as PH-EXR then reregistered as PH-ZCD and used by Fokker as a demonstrator in 1982. Delivered to Garuda Indonesia Airlines as PK-GKM in 1983. Transferred to Merpati Nusantara Airlines in 1991. Allocated as PK-MGS in 1996 but not taken up. Withdrawn from use at Surabaya by 2001. Still there in 2005. Scrapped.
