Delivered 2009 to the General Security Aviation Command of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as MOI-15. Later re-registered as PSS-15 when it entered service with the Presidency of State Security unit.

Delivered 2009 to the General Security Aviation Command of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as MOI-10. Later re-registered as PSS-11 when it entered service with the Presidency of State Security unit.

In 2015, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ordered 23 Airbus H-145 helicopters for the General Security Aviation Command in a government-to-government contract. Deliveries began in 2018. The helicopters are now in service with the Presidency of State Security unit. This helicopter was delivered as MOI-63 and later re-registered as PSS-63.

The Presidency of State Security unit is responsible for all matters related to the security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The semi-military force is operating H145T's, H-60s, CN-235s and S-92s.
