Originally N1541 with Braniff, delivered in August 1965, this 1-11 was sold as N111QA in July 1971 and became N541BN in August 1972. Operated by James E Stewart at the time of this photo and went on to new owners as N8LG, N523AC, N583CC, N583CQ and N200JX. Wfu at Orlando in July 2009, it was scrapped there in October 2012

Not to be confused with the earlier N5LC (c/n 015), this was the second 1-11 using that registration and operated by James E Stewart among others, ex N111FL and N5031. Became N410SK in November 1990 and N101PC in April 2001. Wfu at stored at the former Castle AFB (Merced, CA) in July 2004 (my 2016 photo here)

American Airline first operated this BAC 111 1966 - 69 (N5031). Outfitted as an executive jet in 1969 it carried later registrations N111FL, N5LC (and pictured here with James Stewart Lumber 1976 - 83), N401SK and N101PC. Stored at Atwater - Castle airport in Merced, CA in 2003, it was later scrapped.

The James Stewart Lumber Company was the owner of this 'One-Eleven'.

This BAC 111 was built in 1966 and initially served with American Airlines as N5031 before conversion to executive status. It became N101PC and was stored at Castle Airport Atwater . Scanned from a slide.

To James Stewart in 1977, Lone Star Industries in 1984 (seen here with their logo on the fin) and Lukenbill Enterprises in 1989. Reregistered as N401SK in 1990. To Sky King Inc in 1998. Reregistered as N101PC in 2000. Withdrawn from use at Merced, CA by 2004. Still there in 2016.
