This BE2a replica was built by Andrew Willox and donated to the RAAF Museum in 2014 to join the Museum's replica Deperdussin and Boxkite. This completes the complement of three aircraft types the Central Flying School first used during 1914-15. This particular version dates from February 1911 and has a wider upper span with some unique modifications to the wings to strengthen them as a one-off.

This Boomerang was built in 1943 but put straight into storage at Oakey until 1948, when it was disposed of. The aircraft was bought by a farmer where the remains resided until 1970 when Harold Thomas recovered the fuselage frame for his Camden Museum of Aviation. Built to USAAF order as 44-41956 but delivered to the RAAF in 1945 as A72-176. Disposed of for scrap in 1948, the fuselage of this Liberator was recovered from a farm near Sale where it had been since 1952. Restoration commenced in 1988 and considerable progress has been made. The airframe is substantially complete inside and out (although the tailplane and fins are stored separately for the time being). It's a big beast and the B-24 Memorial crew have done a magnificent job.

This Auster was registered new on 4 October 1957. On 20 December 1976 it was de-registered as withdrawn from use. Confusingly, another Auster (a J5B Autocar) took up the registration as VH-KCW(2) in 1992. That aircraft was re-registered a year later as VH-KGW when this one, VH-KCW(1), returned to the Register on 14 December 1993! It was fresh out of another restoration when photographed here.
