Arriving Fornebu in the November failing light, SE-DAW was delivered new to SAS in September 1974 serving with the airline until January 2001. Later to N329FV and scrapped at Roswell, NM during around 2006-2007.

First flight August 15th 1975 and delivered new to Swissair September 29th 1975 as HB-ISO named "Biel / Bienne". February 29th 1988 SE-DFO SAS "Stavar Viking". March 30th 1988 OY-CTD rr, "Stavar Viking". December 14th 1990 N601AP Hawaiian Airlines, fleet no 98 "Hana". August 19th 2201 wfu and stored at Mojave from September 4th 2001. Broken up there 2004. First flight 4 November 1974, and delivered new to SAS 22 November 1974 as OY-KGP "Torbern Viking" and as one of the last DC-9-41s delivered that year to replace Caravelles and DC-9-21s on domestic services with a Y122 configuration. Repainted in the new SAS colours in 1984 and seen here 14 years later. Withdrawn from use and stored at OSL 22 July 2002 ENGM. 21 August 2002 registered N41XS and stored at Roswell, NM. Broken up there in 2003. Seen after purshback from gate 28, LN-TUB is seen at gate 27, LN-RMN at gate 25, LN-BUG at gate 23 and LN-BRQ at gate 21 on the busy morning the day before FBU closed.

First flight July 9th 1981 and delivered new to Swissair August 22nd 1981 as HB-INN "Appenzel i Rh". 1988 HB-INN renamed to "Bulach". July 13th 1997 N928TW TWA, fleet no 9088, converted to MD-82. December 2nd 2001 American Airlines (transferred). WFU and stored at Roswell February 9th 2003 and later broken up there after 21 and half years flying passengers. About to touch down on Runway 23 at Glasgow. Delivered new to Reno Air as N875RA in 1997. Became I-SMED of Meridiana in 1999. Joined Swiftair as EC-LEY in 2010. Operated with Gryphon Airlines for a few months in mid-2011. Put into storage as N531WH in 2014. Emerged as UR-CPB of Anda Air in 2016, but returned to storage in 2018.

First flight November 11th 1968 and delivered new to KLM as PH-DNT december 16th 1968. Used by KLM in 20 years until October 1988 when it flew on as N848ML for Midway Airlines until November 14th 1991 when wfu and stored at Maxton Laurinburg Airport, and later broken up there. Seen taxing out for a rwy 234 departure back to Amsterdam. This was my final shot of a KLM DC-9.

Built 1986, and delivered new to SAS as OY-KHC "Faste Viking" September 8th 1986 as the 6th MD-81 for SAS. March 19th 1997 converted to MD-82, still opf SAS. May 20th 2010 N472NV Allegiant Air, ship 427. December 1991 rr to SE-DPI still for Scanair.. September 23rd 1993 SE-DPI leased to Venus Airlines. January 11th 1994 SE-DPI SAS "Balder Viking" March 11th 2003 N861GA Allegiant Air. Auugust 2018 wfu and stored at Opa Locka from September 2003. August 24th 2018 N861GA World Atlantic Airlines, stored at Baranguilla September 2021. August 1st 2023 moved to Blytheville. Seen rahter new afte arriving rwy 06 from CPH.

Delivered to Finnair as OH-LMO in 1983. Sold as N619DB in 2001. To Nordic Airlink as SE-RDR in 2003 who were renamed to Nordic Leisure in 2006 then to Norwegian in 2008. Withdrawn from use at Norrkoping in 2009. Still there in 2011. scrapped.
