This 1969 Twin Otter was one of a pair that transited through Fairoaks in 1974. Previously 9V-BCF & XW-PHF it went on to join the Peruvian Air Force as FAP305 and was current as OB-1154 in 2010. Scanned from a slide.

To Trans-East Airlines as N1370T, to 20-Nov-1967, Chartina Jan-1970, to Time Air as CF-QHC 08-Sep-1971, to Northward Airlines 02-Apr-1973, re-registered C-FQHC 2-Jan-1975. to Kenn Borek 23-Oct-1980. Leased to a number of airlines including Air Schefferville, Harbour Air, Maldivian Air Taxi as 8Q-QHC. Registered C-GBPE when returned to Kenn Borek 09-Sep-2009. This Twin Otter was involved in an unusual accident when it struck a pedestrian during take off from an ice runway north of Deadhorse, Alaska on March 20, 2018. A web search wil provide the details.

TF-JMC spent some months in Norway in 1989 on lease to Scan-Craft operating services from Hamar to Bergen and Trondheim. First flown in May 1974 and delivered to Ostfreische Luftransport as D-IDLT the following month. To Syd Aero as SE-GRX Feb 1977, Bannock Aerospace as C-GIZR June 1986, and Flugfélag Norðurlands as TF-JMC June 1987. Leased to Scan-Craft, Empire, and Zimex returned to Flugfélag Íslands-Air Iceland as the airlines had merged. To Norlandair as TF-NLC May 2010. Current in 2025.

Operated by the Department of Lands and Forests. Delivered to the Province of Ontario July 1966 two months after its first flight. To DHC July 1969 and used as a demonstrator. To NASA May 1972 as N508NA, re-registered N607NA August 1983, to Middle Tennessee State University September 2022. Photographer unknown

This aircraft was picked up by Westcoast Air in Vancouver in 2007 and they polished it up nicely and eventually changed to their ugly fluorescent green scheme and it operated like that until it was sold a few years later. After several new owners it is now reg as AS-SD7 and operates for a skydiving company in the UAE
