Operated by Air Grischa from March 1982 until August 2004, then by Air Zermatt until it was destroyed in a landing accident on 5 June 2010 when the main rotor collided with the Monte Rosa Hut (as a result, the helicopter was thrown to the left and came to a halt lying on its left side. The pilot was the only occupant to survive the accident with serious injuries).

Built in 1968 and served with Athabaska Airways as C-FCHE from 1973 to 1986, then exported as N162WJ. Here it has turned up with broker Pace Aviation after a period of lease in Honduras. Eventually restored as N162WJ on 12 December 1994 and since believed to have been scrapped.
