It joined British Airways as G-BBME in 1973 and went to Birmingham European in January 1990 and then Brymon European Airways after the merger. The latter was bought jointly by British Airways and Maersk Air in 1993 and so G-BBME once again was painted into BA colours. In February 1997 the acquaintance was finally terminated as it was off to Nationwide in South Africa as ZS-OAG. After retirement the plane was stored at Lanseria (HLA) and scrapped in 2006

It finally started operating properly for IEA in April 1991 and is pictured here pushing back with another load of sun-seekers. The plane then progressed through some of the usual suspects of British IT-operating airlines; Airtours, Mytravel (both G-LCRC), Flyjet and then Silverjet (both G-FJEA). The frame was then bought by FedEx and, after freighter conversion, started flying as N919FD, with which it is still active.

This F.28 was originally delivered to Aviaction as D-AHLA in February 1971. It became F-GBBX in March 1978 when it was placed with Air Alsace and then delivered to TAT in October 1984. Over the next years it operated on lease from TAT for many different airlines, such as Palair Macedonia,before finally joining Air Togo as 5V-TPO in 1998. This F.28 was originally delivered to Aviaction as D-AHLA in February 1971. It became F-GBBX in March 1978 when it was placed with Air Alsace and then delivered to TAT in October 1984. Over the next years it operated on lease from TAT for many different airlines, such as Palair Macedonia,before finally joining Air Togo as 5V-TPO in 1998.
