On display at the aviation museum at the former airfield of Ta' Qali. This Pou was built by museum members and has a Citroen 2CV engine.

Located at a workshop just outside the airport (the fence in the background is the airport perimeter). I didn't immediately recognize the type of aircraft and the people working there didn't know either. Thankfully, the editors here were able to help me out (thanks Aad & Peter!). The body was identified as being from Aerocomp, but there is a noticeable lack of attachment points for wings and engines. There are also 5 windows visible, where the original Jet had 4. That makes it likely that this is a mockup or new concept for the Aerocomp Jet aircraft.

An Iranian indigenous built Shahed 278, a lightweight helicopter that resembles the Bell models. Iran's Aviation Industries Research Center (AIRC) describes the Shahed-278 as a purely civilian design, but later it said that the platform will be used as a light reconnaissance helicopter, armed with weapons and sensors. Test flights of the Shahed-278, in military service designated Oh-78, began in late 2004. The Shahed 278 makes use of airframe and dynamic components of the Bell 206 Jet Ranger. When produced, this helicopter will be built by Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Industrial Company (HESA).

This Hoplite is the former 8748 with the Czechoslovak AF since before September 1988 and then the Czech AF from January 1993 until decommissioning in 2003.

5th Classic Air Rally

Entry No. 6 in the Low-Powered Aeroplane Competition. The B-4 was the best of the entries , beaten only by two DH53s which were illegible by virtue of being imported and operated by the government. B-4 designed by Harry Broadsmith who had come to Australia from the UK to set up an Avro 504 factory. He designed several aircraft during his time down under. Broadsmith used an ABC Scorpion engine in the B-4. Disenchanted with the failure to establish a local aircraft industry, Broadsmith returned to the UK and joined Saunders-Roe. Escapologist Harry Houdini brought this Voisin to Australia during a theatrical tour. At Diggers Rest on March 18, 1910 he made what is claimed to be the first sustained and controlled flight in Australia. While the flight is undoubted, whether it was the first remains a matter of debate. Houdini made 18 flights in Australia and the Voisin was shipped to the UK when he left the country. He never flew again and the eventual fate of the Voisin is not known. It seems it too never flew again. Photo from: National Library of Australia

Replica of German WWI Bomber built for the movie Flyboys

No identity or history details are currently known about this Pou-du-Ciel. It has never flown. It is equipped with an Indian 1000cm3 engine. In 1997 it went to the Musée du Terrain d'Aviation de Condé-Vraux 1939-1945 in Vraux.

This really is German Air Force 3283, it never served with the Portuguese Air Force.

Unfortunately no details are currently known about this Pou-du-Ciel.
