Delivered to Northwest Orient as N354US in 1963. To Cathay Pacific as VR-HGN in 1972 then to Laker Airways as G-BFBS in 1978 and fitted with a side cargo door. To IEA Europe in 1982 after Laker collapsed. Stored at Lasham in 1983 and scrapped in 1986.
