It was leased to Brazilian oil company HRT Participações em Petróleo SA as PR-HRZ. The helicopter was destroyed when it crashed into the jungle in the area of Tefé - Amazonas, Brazil on June 14, 2013.

There have been big bushfires already this summer and the Jetranger and Turbo Dromader usually on standby at Bendigo were away at the fires, so maybe that was it.
