First flight March 30th 1965, deliv new to SAS, their 1st DC-8-55 on April 27th 1965 as SE-DBD "Folke Viking". In June 1970 SE-DBD was transfrd to Scanair. October 1979 N721UA, and leased to TAE as EC-DIH in november 1979. Sept 16th 1980 N916R ONA, May 14th 1982 TF-FLB Icelandair (leased from ONA in basic ONA colours). January 15th 1986 TF-FLB Icelandair, 1987 TF-FLB repainted to FI colours and named "Sudurfari". 02-1988 5N-AWE Kabo Air, converted to freighter. Later 6N-OCM, 5N-MKE, 9G-MKE, 9T-TDA, 9Q-CAQ and 9T-TCN. wfu at Kinshasa 2018. Seen repainted at gate. Shot through Terminal window

Overpainted Mackey titles showing through; this aircraft was delivered to Delta in August 1966 and finished its active life in 1982 after a short stint with Airlift International.

Leased to Transcarga from 1st July 1969, registered to them as YV-C-VIM 20th October 1972. Location and photographer not known but probably taken in the USA.

Delivered new to Iberia as EC-BAV on 21 Apr 1966. To the Spanish Air Force as T.15-1 on 17 Apr 1978. To Connie Kalitta as N810CK in Nov 1989. Converted to a freighter in Jun 1991. WFU and stored at GLH in Dec 1999. Later scrapped.

Air Canada's C-FTJQ was sold as N4769F in June 1984. The registration was just taped on the aircraft. Here she is seen with the last character F missing. Late 1984 she was delivered to Air Zaire as 9Q-CDM.
