Arrived at Innsworth in November 1981 from the Chemical Defense Establishment at Porton Down who had been using the aircraft for ground trials. Allocated maintenance serial 8703M and after restoration by the Cotswold Aircraft Restoration Group was placed as a gate guard in March 1994, replacing Javelin XH903.
