Lance was from Milwaukee, WI., which is why the memorial is located there. The actual F-4C on display, 63-7704, recorded a MiG-17 kill over Vietnam in 1967 while assigned to the 480th Tactical Fighter Squadron, 366th Tactical Fighter Wing.
