While landing at Paraparaumu on 21 November 2001 the undercarriage collapsed of this Beech Queen Air ZK-PHA. Unfortunatly due to the resulting damage caused by the collapse the aircraft to be written off after which the Beechcraft was stripped of all usefull parts and abanoned. Operator at the time of the accident was Port Hutt Air.
