January/61: F. Daniel Bennett, who sold it to the Air Force Museum. 1980: Flown by C-5A to Cannon AFB for display. August/88: C-5A ride to Lowry AFB, CO for the Wings Over the Rockies Museum. Served several stations, including ice patrol. 11 May '59: Ace Smelting Inc, Phoenix, AZ with c/r N3193G. November/59: Fairchild Aerial Surveys, Los Angeles, CA. Modified for use in photographic/magnetometer surveys. 10/65: Biegert Bros, Shickley, NE; used as agricultural sprayer. 19 Mar '66: Aircraft Specialties Inc, Mesa, AZ. January/68: Converted as fire tanker. January/69: Flew to Hawaii for use in the movie Tora, Tora, Tora. July/86: Yankee Air Force, Willow Run, MI. 1986 to by 1995: Restored.

Ex N2566B, USAF 48-626, but painted as 48-622. This was the military version of the Northrop N-23 Pioneer. Twenty were built but were found to be underpowered, and were soon used as ground instruction airframes. They were sold off in 1955 to civil users, and this one went to Mexico as XA-LOU before going to the museum in the early 1990s.
