With the Snowbirds from at least 1988 through 1992, 114023 was later transferred to Canadian Forces School of Aerospace Technology and Engineering at CFB Borden, Ont. Classified as Category B instructional aid on 28 June 2000, it was marked 936B.

A little known turbo-prop development of the Skymaster. One converted in 1988 and the registration lapsed in 2013.

Withdrawn and stored in 1995, this Skyhawk was transferred to Argentina in 1995 for parts and display.

Long serving 434 Air Demonstration Squadron Tutor was with the Snowbirds from 1979 through the 2001 season. Later numbered Snowbird 15 and used to tanker fuel into airports without their own jet fuel supply. It was later retired, marked as Snowbird 10, to the Canadian Forces School of Aerospace Technology and Engineering at CFB Borden, Ont.

Delivered to the RCAF in 1942 (5377), this Hurricane was struck off strength in 1946. Stored on a Portage la Prairie, Manitoba farm, the aircraft was rebuilt by Bob Diemert from 1964 - 1968. After participating in the movie "Battle of Britain", the fighter remained in the UK and was part of the Strathallan Collection from 1969-1984. Acquired by the Canadian Warplane Heritage, it was airlifted by Canadian Air Force C-130 Hercules in May 1984 to be a prominent part of their collection. Unfortunately the Hurricane was lost with four other aircraft on February 15, 1993 when a hangar caught fire.

Delivered August 3, 1973 and later converted to an AV-8C, this Harrier was withdrawn and stored October 30, 1985.

This DHC-3 gave the Otter a new lease on life. While not the first turbine Otter conversion built, it was the first one to be made commercially available. Starting as Royal Canadian Air Force 3668 delivered December 15, 1953, Vazar replaced the Pratt & Whitney R-1340 radial engine with a Pratt & Whitney PT-6A turbine in 1987 and certified the conversion in time to introduce it at the 1988 Abbotsford Air Show. Unfortunately, the aircraft was later destroyed when it was flown up a wrong valley in poor weather on August 18, 1996. The Otter flew into ground that rose faster than it could climb.

Being re-spotted at days end at the Abbotsford International Air Show, this Montana Air National Guard Falcon became a GF-16A at the Technical Training Center, Sheppard AFB, TX September 2010.

Originally USAF UC-78B Bobcat 43-32309, this antique Cessna was painted for a while as RCAF 8656. It was sold to the USA and is current as N184EN at the time of uploading.

419 Squadron CF-5D displays the "Faux Pas" aggressor color scheme, one of five representing Warsaw Pact aircraft markings used by the Canadian Air Force. Delivered December 9, 1968, it was retired when the type was withdrawn in 1995 due to budget constraints. Stored until 2006 when it was donated to the Reynolds-Alberta Museum in Wetaskiwin, Alberta.

Probably the pride of Canadian Warplane Heritage's display aircraft is this former RCAF Lancaster. One of only two survivors still flying, It's photographed on the first visit to British Columbia and the Abbotsford Airshow.

This Stratotanker was later upgraded to a KC-135R with CFM56 engines replacing the original Pratt & Whitney J-57 turbojets. The tanker is still in active Air Force inventory at the time of uploading.
