This 2022 built Global 7500 is arriving from Los Angeles (KLAX). After a short stop it departed back to KLAX. Call-sign "Iconic (VJA) 758".

FMS serial 16-07473 was first delivered to 302sq at Fort Hood (TX) on 31 May 2020. It was transported to the Netherlands and accepted by 298sq on 6 May 2021. The US built hardened shelters at its homebase Gilze Rijen are a fine back ground.

Sadly no unit markings, but assigned to 301sq. The AH-64E Apache Guardian was delivered to the Koninklijke Luchtmacht (KLu, Royal Netherlands Air Force) on 1 May 2024. Its previous ID is still unknown. The basic airframe is one of 29 AH-64Ds the KLu has operated up to early 2024. Q-41 is seen here hovering to the runway of its homebase with the ATC in the back ground.

Douglas A-26B Invader N4313 is currently in UK for a number of Airshow dates, and will star at the Battle of Britain Airshow 2025 at Duxford, Cambridgeshire. Parked up a Duxford.

Paying a short visit to Eindhoven air base, this CN235 was absolutely kind to me as it took the right taxiway to the runway. This little transporter was first noted in November 2011 with its manufacturer and soon after delivered to the French Air Force.

FMS serial 16-00143, assigned to Wattisham. The Apache Guardian arrived from RAF Wattisham (UK) at Gilze Rijen for a fuel stop while en route up north.

Planned for a flight of three in the morning of 28 August. The quite new helicopter (delivered to the in May 2025) went tech and needed some attention. Its two other buddy's already took off and left Q-43 behind. Luckily for the crew, maintenance helped to get the Apache Guardian fixed and after some twenty minutes Q-43 rushed to the runway and took off to join the other two. On top of the rotors, the AN/APG-78 Longbow millimeter-wave fire-control radar (FCR) system is seen. A new feature for the Dutch air force since the introduction of the AH-64E in 2024.

This C-17A was delivered to the USAF on 9 December 2009. It had quite a journey to Gilze Rijen. On 25 August it had picked up two factory fresh Dutch AH-64Es (serials Q-47 and Q-49) with Boeing at Phoenix-Mesa (AZ). Just after take-off it went broke, so it flew to homebase McChord (WA). After repairs, it crossed the USA and the pond and arrived at Prestwick (UK) on the 26th. At that location it went tech again. Stayed there up to the 28th and eventually arrived at Gilze Rijen with the fresh delivery. It is seen here departing Gilze Rijen as REACH280. It went for Souda air base (Crete, Greece)
