This KoulLLv Vinka was delivered to the Ilmavoimat as a basic training aircraft and served the air force up to 31 August 2022 when it was withdrawn from use. Ity was noted stored at Tikkakoski in June 2023 are reportedly destined for the Keski-Suomen Ilmailmuseo in Tikkakoski.

Delivered to the Ilmavoimat on 21 May 1974. Thirty years later is was stored at Tikkakoski from September 2004. It became a general aviation aircraft as OH-PDY. The Piper then sadly crashed on 15 August 2008 whilst on an IFR flight form Rissala to Lappeenranta.

Two Spanish RF-4Cs in Finland, nice visitors! This recce Phantom was once USAF serial 65-0897 with the 192nd RS. It was transferred to the Ejercito del Aire (Spanish Air Force) on 13 October 1995. The Phantom was withdrawn from use on 6 October 1999 and stricken on 13 April 2000. It is stored since March 2000 at Torrejon.

This TukiLLv pilot needed some additional attention... The Learjet is equipped with target towing pods. The LJs ogf the Ilmavoimat also flew aerial photography and maritime surveillance as well as air sampling missions. The aircraft are operated by the Supporting Air Operations Squadron.

Former OH-PAP was delivered to the Ilmavoimat on 7 July 1983. It served the Finnish Air Force up to late 2010 when it was withdrawn from use. The Piper was transferred to the Savon Ammatti-Ja Aikuisopisto (Savo Vocational College) technical school in Kuopio-Rissala and served there as a ground instructional airframe.

Withdrawn from use at Rissala in March 1998. It went to Lappeenrantä in May 1999 to be preserved in the Kaakkois-Suomen Ilmailumuseoyhdistys - Aviation Museum Society of South-East Finland as MG-77 in HävLLv 31 markings.

This white Dornier flew first on 1 October 1990 and was delivered to the Marineflieger (German Naval Aviation), MFG5, on 28 March 1991, possibly as 98+77. It was reserialled to 57+01 in 1991. It moved to sistersquadron MFG3 in September 1994. The 228 was withdrawn from use and offered for sale at Nordholz (Germany) on 13 September 2012.

Delivered to the Marineflieger (German Naval Aviation) in 1967 as UC+321. It became 61+12 in 1980 with Marinefliegergeschwader (MFG) 3. It served the geschwader up to October 2006 when it was withdrawn from use. It was then preserved at Altenburg-Nobitz from 11 Apr 2007 in the 'Flugwelt Museum'.

This Dutch L-285E (LO-200) carried FMS BuNo 161369, and was taken on charge on 1 Feb'82 by first US Navy Patrol squadron 30 at NAS Jacksonville (FL). The Dutch aircraft was used there for pilot training. It was delivered to the Marine Luchtvaartdienst (MLD, Royal Netherlands Navy) on 21 Jul'82 and assigned to 320sq. It first carried a large V on its tail, referring to homebase Valkenburg. The P-3C was modified at Greenville (SC) with the Capability Upkeep Program (CUP) and was then designated P-3C-II½ CUP. The Orion was eventually sold to the Marineflieger on 2 Jun'06, and become 60+01.

22nd FS commanders aircraft

Arrivals for the airshow, not bad, all the way from Spain to Finland! Two RF-4Cs of Escuadron 123 of Ala 12 based at Torrjeon air base. This recce Phantom was former 65-0823 (ex 192nd TRS) and delivered to Spain on 14 October 1995. It was assigned to Escuadron 123 ' mille ambulant oculus'. The venerable aircraft was withdrawn from use on 11 November 2004. It was then destined in a special colour scheme for the Museo del Aire, but is remained preserved at homebase Torejon.

Picking up some water from a nearby lake, afterwards the Mi-8 demonstrated a drop over Oulu airfield.

Withdrawn from use on 7 March 1998. Stored at Rissala and transferred to Tikkakoski at Keski-Suomen Ilmailmuseo, since 2002 preserved at the museum.

In the tail you will find a boxer in the US Flag colours. On the rudder a woman is painted holding a globe and the text surrounding that is saying "Semper Ubi Sub Ubi" which means something in the line of "always wear underwear". The name mentioned in orange is Mary Green. After some research I came up with the following: Owner at that time was registered as Victoria Forest and Scout LLC, San Fransisco, CA and the CEO was Steven L. Swig and the name of his wife was Mary Green. The aircraft had an extended nose, which apparently contained a weather radar. The normal nose was re-installed later
