Air New Zealand DC-10s operated British Airways flights from Los Angeles. Delivered to Air New Zealand as ZK-NZQ in 1975. To American Airlines as N138AA in 1982 and Continental Airlines as N14074 in 1996. Withdrawn from use at Mojave, CA in 2001 and scrapped in 2008.

Delivered to JAT as YU-AHN in 1970. Withdrawn from use at Belgrade in 1992 and scrapped in 2004.

Delivered to United Arab Airlines as SU-AVX in 1970. Renamed Egyptair in 1971. Damaged beyond repair when it overran the runway landing at Istanbul-Ataturk Airport in heavy rain in 1996.

Test reg N1342U before delivery to KLM as PH-DTB in 1972. To Northwest as N4655Y in 1995. Reregistered as N229NW in 1996. Withdrawn from use at Opa Locka, FL in 2006 and scrapped in 2007.

Delivered to Finnair as OH-LSE in 1964. To Air Charter International as F-BJTU 1981 then to Aero France International in 1989 and Air Enterprise International in 1991. To Global Colombia as HK-3955X in 1994. Withdrawn from use at Bogota by 1997 and scrapped.

Delivered to Pan Am as N435PA in 1967. To Korean Air Lines as as HL7435 in 1978, African Airlines International as 5Y-AXW in 1990 and to Continental Cargo Airlines in 1992. Withdrawn from use at Nairobi by 2002 and scrapped.

Delivered to Pan Am as N894PA in 1969. Stored at Stansted in 1980 and Marana in 1981. To Global International Airways and reposessed in 1983. To Falcon Aircraft Conversions and leased to New World Travel Club in 1984. Reregistered to N731Q and to Jetran in 1985. Leased to Skystar International from 1986 to 1987. Withdrawn from use at Philadelphia and scrapped in 1988.

Delivered to Pan Am as N427PA in 1967. To Aviation Traders in 1981. Used for parts at Stansted and scrapped.

Delivered to Air France as F-BHRG in 1959. Withdrawn from use at Paris-Orly in 1978 and scrapped in 1979.

Delivered to Iberia as EC-CBF in 1973. Stored at Madrid in 2000. Painted in Albarka Airlines colours in 2002 but not delivered. To Spirit of Africa Airlines as 3D-ALB in Albarka colours in 2003. Leased to Congo Airlines in 2003 then to Teeba Airlines as 9L-LEN in 2004. To Tigris Air in 2005. Reregistered as 9L-LFV in 2007. Sold as N727NQ in 2009 and cancelled from the register in 2023. Stored at Aqaba, Jordan.

Delivered to Royal Air Maroc as CN-RMP in 1977. To Kalitta Leasing as N721SK in 1998 and converted to a freighter. Reregistered as N720CK in 2002. To Kalitta Charters II in 2004. Withdrawn from use at Oscoda, MI in 2019 after being damaged in an accident at Tuscaloosa, AL.

Delivered to TWA as N15713 in 1969. To Global International Airways in 1978, Race Aviation as N345FA in 1985, Fast Air as CC-CUE in 1988 and Aviation Leasing Group as N234FA in 1993. Leased to Golden Horn Aviation as TC-GHA and returned as N234FA in 1994. To Buffalo Airways and then to Skyjet Brasil as PP-AJP in 1985. Back to Buffalo as N234FA and to MAS Airlines as P4-YYY in 1986. Back to Buffalo and then to First International Airways as 9G-FIA in 1997. To Johnsons Air in 2004. Withdrawn from use at Sharjah in 2005 and scrapped in 2006.

First flew as N342SP in 1975. Delivered to Pan Am as N532PA in 1976. To United and reregistered as N142UA in 1986. Withdrawn from use at Ardmore, OK in 1995. Scrapped in 1999.
