Delivered to Pan Am as N891PA in 1969. To BWIA as 9Y-TEZ in 1976 then FTC Walston Wings Inc as N3127K in 1982 and to ESAL Commodities and reregistered as VR-CBN in 1983. To Exec-Aire as N320MJ in 1988 then to Jetran Inc who were renamed to Comtran Inc in 1989 and to Omega Air in 1990. Destroyed in a fatal crash on takeoff from Marana, AZ on what would have been its last flight to Davis-Monthan AFB for use in the KC-135E program in 1990.

Owned by Omega Air, this is what was left of this aircraft after it crashed on take off at Marana 20 Sep 1990 on what was to be a short ferry flight to Davis Monthan AFB.
