Built in 1930 as a factory demonstrator. Its civilian registration G-AMBR was cancelled in 1959 but the Shuttleworth Collection was permitted to fly historic aircraft unregistered. First flown in 1930 and registered as G-ABMR in May 1931 for use by Hawkers as a civilian demonstrator. Later used as an engine testbed, photo platform and company hack until withdrawn from use in 1946. Flown again between May 1949 and September 1959 at which time the civilian registration was cancelled and it took up military marks. Flown at various events as "J9933" and from October 1963 as "J9941" until finally withdrawn from flying in 1971. Transferred to the RAF Museum at Hendon, the aircraft underwent some restoration at Cardington in the mid 1980s.

Owned by Hawker Siddeley Aviation at the time. Previously painted as "J9933". Acquired by the RAF Museum in 1972. On display in the RAF Museum Hendon as J9941 in 2020.

Ex G-ABMR, a factory demonstrator. The registration was cancelled in 1959 but the Shuttleworth Collection was allowed to fly the Hart unregistered until 1971, wearing fake serials J9933 and J9941.

The Hart light bomber could outpace the RAF's fighters when it entered service in 1930.

The Hart was a two-seat day bomber for the RAF. This example was built in July 1931 and used as a demonstrator. Restored in 1949 in Hawkers blue scheme with gold lettering. Subsequently incorrectly displayed as J9933 and J9941.
