Stored at Cosford from late summer 1968, and allocated the instructional serial 8376M on 5 September 1973. Later displayed in the RAF Museum at Cosford.

On display at RAF Museum Cosford. Designed to replace the Lancaster as a long range bomber for the Pacific, the Lincoln was too late to see service in World War II. This aircraft with its Royal Blue spinners is from the time it served with Bomber Command Bombing School from 1957-60. It was struck off charge in 1963.

Developed from the Lancaster, the Lincoln bomber came too late to see action in WWII. 600 examples were built, but it was visibly unfit for the jet age.

This enlarged successor to the Lancaster was developed with longer range Pacific sorties in mind but arrived too late to see active service during WWII. This particular aircraft spent most of her service life with various maintenance units before being struck off charge in 1963 and transferred to the RAF Museum in 1968.

Built by Armstrong Whitworth at Coventry (Baginton) in 1946. Latterly served 151 Squadron RAF Signals Command based at RAF Watton. Grounded in 1963 as 8376M. Now preserved at the Cosford museum.
