PACTEC International multiplies the effectiveness of other humanitarian organizations and government agencies by overcoming communications and transportation barriers. They support the NGOs with additional aircraft / transport capacity. In Afghanistan, roads and communications systems are slowly being rebuilt. However, with constant threats to security, land travel is not only onerous and difficult, but can delay or hinder the work of humanitarian volunteers. So aircraft like this Beech are used for logistical flights.

Delivered new to RHKAAF - Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force in September 1987.(HKG-8). Over to the Government Flying Service in April '93 (VR-HZM). Re-registered B-HZM in April '97.Returned to lessor in March '99.

Sold in Papua New Guinea as P2-KCA in April 1999 and later P2-MML and was doing Cairns Misma Is. Port Moresby return 5 days a week. It came back onto the Australian register in 2005 as VH-VCB and was operated by WestWing Aviation out Mt Isa from 2006 till the end of its operational life last year.

This Beech served Dynamic Av Lease at the time the picture was made. The King Air is former C-21C 76-22553 of the US Army. It was transferred to the "civil" market on 5 Feb'99 as N255AG with AGES Aircraft Sales & Leasing. In that same month the Dynamic Aviation Group Inc. started to operate the aircraft, most probably in support of US Government agencies. On 24 Apr'01 the Beech was reregistered to N612SA and kept that one until Dec'10 when it became N42J with Dynamic AvLease Inc.. In Mar'19 the King Air was converted to Beech A200 with still Dynamic AvLease Inc.

OPS is a separate branch within the UN. The office is helping the UN and its partners to provide brain power in peace processes and give security, humanitarian and development solutions in war zones. The OPS is focussed on implementation, with a commitment to UN values and private sector efficiency.

This is former US Army 73-23137. The C-12C was transferred to the civil market in Oct'99 as N200ET and served the hazy Dynamic Aviation Group Inc. (Oct'99 - June'03) and the even hazy Airserv International (Jun'03-Mar'07). Funny to see the Beech here with PacTec titels, a ECHO European Union sticker and covered cabin windows in Feb'06. Food for thought... anyway, in Mar'07 it started to fly with Missionary Aviation Fellowship USA. Transferred to hazy Dynamic AvLease Inc. from Jun'09 and incompany re-registered to N43A in May'10. All these hazy companies are related to US govermental agencies.
