This Eagle Single started life as a twin-engine Bell 212 and flew in the US, Mexico and Colombia before it was purchased by Eagle Copters of Calgary, AB, Canada in Oct. 2004 and became C-FBWU. During 2007, it was converted to an Eagle Single using a company STC which saw a single Honeywell T53-17BCV replacing the P&WC PT6T TwinPac engine and other enhancements made to the structure, avionics and systems. It was registered to Day & Johnston Helic. as C-GWDJ just prior to HAI Heli-Expo 2008. Later sold to Wilderness Helic. in 2011 and exported to Lohman Helicopter in Oregon as N316LH in 2016.

Originally built as a KC-97G and later converted to a KC-97L.

The first production Bell 429 on display at the Bell Helicopter booth for HAI Heli-Expo 2008 held inside the George R. Brown Convention Center in downtown Houston, Texas. This aircraft was first registered to Bell Helicopter Textron Canada (BHTC) on Dec. 10, 2007. This 429 is equipped with the original "sled" style landing gear which was changed after Eurocopter sued Bell for patent infringement of its landing gear design first introduced on the EC 120B. This aircraft has been retained by BHTC and was later used to develop and certify the Model 429WLG with tricycle landing gear.

Back then based at Shaw AFB, SC. Nowadays preserved at Valdosta Airport, GA.

VFMA-333 "Fighting Shamrocks". Conversion from J-model to S-model partially completed: strip formation lights on fuselage and tail are already present, but still the 'hard wing' without slats.

VA-174 "Hell Razors", NAS Cecil Field, FL. While with VA-81, she crashed on 7 February 1985 near NAS Fallon, NV.

VA-304 "Firebirds", NAS Alameda, CA. This jet's engine exploded in flight on 27 March 1986. She crashed in/near Ownes Lake, CA, killing her pilot Lt. John E. Harris (31). R.I.P.

VA-205 "Green Falcons" out of NAS Atlanta, GA. AMARC in 1983, shredder in 2002.

"Bumblebees" out of MCAS Beaufort, SC.

Luftwaffe owned, USAF operated for training of new, undergraduate German fighter pilots. Assigned to 90 FTS/80 FTW at Sheppard AFB. Front seater is a student of UPT class 80-03, the first class to include foreign students (Dutch) in the all-German program. A few years later, this milestone would develop into ENJJPT.
