North Central merged into Republic Airlines in 1979 who merged into Northwest Airlines in 1986. To other owners after 1992. Withdrawn from use at El Paso, TX in 1997 and scrapped in 2018.

Delivered to Braniff Airways as N435BN in 1975. To People Express as N560PE in 1983 who merged into Continental Airlines in 1987. Leased to Pan Am from 1988 to 1990. Returned to Continental Airlines as N10756 in 1990 then to Kelowna Flightcraft as C-GJKF in 1996. Converted to a freighter in 1998 and painted into Purolator colours by 2003. Withdrawn from use at North Bay Jack Garland Airport in 2016 and donated to Canadore College as a ground trainer.

Delivered to Northeast Airlines as N378NE in 1966 who merged into Delta Air Lines in 1972. To Air New England in 1974 then to Britt Airways in 1981 and Aeromonterrey as XA-RXR in 1991 who merged into Inter Mexicana in 1993. Withdrawn from use at Merida, Mexico in 1993 and later scrapped.

Delivered to REAL as CV340-62 PP-YRE in 1954. To General Dynamics as N3121G in 1960 then to All Nippon Airways as JA5083 in 1961. Converted to a CV440. To Linjeflyg as SE-CCO in 1965 then to Combs Freightair as N199CF in 1979. Damaged beyond repair in takeoff accident at Pierre, SD in 1983.

Delivered to Air Canada as C-GAAD in 1974. Leased to Air Jamaica as 6Y-JMP for a few months in 1983 and returned as C-GAAD. To Federal Express as N223FE and converted to a freighter in 1987. Withdrawn from use at Sacramento Mather Airport in 2013 and used a a fire trainer.

Built for the US Army as 72-21335 in 1972. Sold as N309JP in 1995. Cancelled as destroyed in 2005, Wreck at Jacksonville-Craig Field until 2016.

Delivered to the US Army as a UH-1D and modified to a UH-1H in 1967. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code XA328 in 1988. To Yuma, AZ for use as a range target in 1997.

Used as test aircraft by Convair. 8 Nov 58: Flew 32 minutes at sustained Mach 2 with YJ79-GE-5 engines. 28 Apr 59: TOS USAF, but retained by Convair as a test and evaluation aircraft. 1 May 59: Converted to YRB-58A. 11/62: 6510th Operational Maintenance Squadron (AFSC), Edwards AFB, CA. 5/64: 3345th Maintenance and Support Group (ATC), Chanute AFB, IL. 5/65: Redesignated GRB-58A. 1967: Museum status; displayed at base air park. 1993: Chanute Air Museum. Marked as 61-2059. 10/15: Chanute Museum closed. 2017: Moved to Castle Air Museum, Castle AFB, CA.
