On display at Deutsches Museum München. The F-13 was the world's first metal airliner, built using corrugated duralumin. On Armistice Day, Hugo Junkers ordered a switch from military to commercial aircraft. First flying on 26 June 1919, the F-13 carried four passengers in an enclosed cabin complete with cushioned seats, the first to provide passenger seatbelts, lighting and large windows. The original D-366, c/n 723 was named "Eismöwe" and operated by Deruluft. Due to its size and economy, many airlines started operations with the F-13, of which 322 were built.

Several variants were produced; the BT-13, BT-13A (SNV-1) and BT-13B (SNV-2) were powered by a 450 h.p. P&W R-985 Wasp Junior radial engine, whereas the BT-15 was fitted with the nine-cylinder 450 h.p. Wright Whirlwind R-975 engine. Production ceased in 1944 after 11,537 Valiants had been built for the USAAF and U.S. Navy. This Valiant served in AURI's flying school from 1951 and went to the museum in 1985.

Airworthy Avenger inside the hangar at the Tri-State Warbird Museum. This aircraft was accepted into USN service on 24 May 1945. It was assigned to short-lived Torpedo Sqn VT-36 that used it as a trainer and carrier qualification aircraft. On 7 Aug 1945 it was embarked on CVE-112 USS Siboney, bound for the Pacific. The war with Japan came to an end before the carrier reached Pearl Harbor. The Avenger was stricken from service in 1949 and sold to the RCN in 1950. After serving for ten years it was sold, serving as a forest fire bomber along the way. It was bought by the museum in 2004.
