The fourth and last B-1A built roars off after its Farnborough debut. It was actually taken out of mothballs for the purpose and was later retired to the USAF Museum at Wright Patterson where it is displayed in the original white livery

This amazing machine was first registered in 5.61 and was operated jointly with JAL into Western Europe during 1967 in a 105-seat configuration, reverting to 220 in 1969. Transferred to the mainline Fuerza Aerea Boliviana in late '94 and re-serialled with the FAB prefix two years later. Had various periods of storage, but crash-landed on a road while in service between Guayaramerin and Trinidad after problems with no.1 engine on 23.7.08, causing substantial damage
