VH-UHU masquerading as G-AUKA, nicknamed "Kookaburra". The story of G-AUKA is one of the most famous in Australian aviation history. Two men set off in G-AUKA in 1929 to search for the missing Fokker "Southern Cross" and disappeared themselves. By the time they were found in the desert, both men had died of dehydration. Their bodies were recovered but when they went back for the Widgeon, it had been destroyed by a grassfire. A new search for the Kookaburra in 1978 resulted in its metal remains being recovered . They are now displayed in a diorama at the Central Australian Air Museum in Alice Springs. As for the Southern Cross, it and its crew were found safe.

Built in the United Kingdom in 1946 and entered the Australian Register on the 9th April 1952. it's now located in Scone NSW. in Horsham Victoria.

After Ansett went into receivership in 2001, VH-HYF was ferried to the UK as N270SE in August 2002.

VH-HPC was transferred to the Recreational Aircraft register as 19-5033 in 2007.

VH-HLF was registered in February 1988 and operated by the RAAF Historical Flight. Grounded when airframe reached end of design life.

Built in France in the year 1945 and entered the Australian Register on the 12th June 1981 This Stampe is now located in Mundijong Western Australia.

VH-HJR was sold in New Zealand as ZK-MAG in August 1995.

Built in the USA in 1946 This Globe GC-1B Swift was first registered in Australia on the 8th. December 1992 and is currently located in Queensland.

This Pawnee was built in 1967 and entered the Australian Register as VH-LGR on the 8th. May 1990 it is currently based in Stawell Victoria.

Ex RAF MZ195. Delivered to Australia as A11-38. Postwar civil as VH-RCT and VH-BED. Exhibited in the Drage museum with correct late WW2 markings.

Built in the United Kingdom 1957 and entered the Australian Register as VH-KSP on the 9th of December 1992. its latest location is at Parafield South Australia.

VH-HFG was one of the Iraqi Furies, former Iraqi Air Force aircraft found in storage in 1979. It was registered in Australia in November 1983. Without the kangaroo roundel - it was not adopted until 1956 - its markings are the same as the Royal Navy. The K on the fin marks it as Australian. The 308 in the code is its former Iraqi serial. VH-HFG was sold in the US as N45SF in 2006.

VH-HBM was sold in the US as N81798 in June 1989.

This aircraft entered the New Zealand civil register as ZK-DVX and was later sold in the USA on 22/5/93. Scanned from a Kodak Slide
