Del/ 21st April 1944 Former U.S. Air Force as 42-52534 "Witchcraft" The aircraft was flown on 130 Combat Missions by various crews without an early return or having any crewman injured or killed on the missions.

Built as 44-44272, it has served with the RAF as KH401, the Indian AF as HE771 and now is painted as 42-50551. It is seen during its stay here en-route from India to the States which took a couple of years. It is now at the Fantasy of Flight in Florida.

Built for USAAF as 44-44272 but delivered to the RAF as KH401. To India in 1946 as HE771, serving until disposed in 1973, becoming N94459. The "250551" marks worn are fictitious. It is maintained airworthy by the Kermit Weeks organisation.

Correct aircraft ID is 44-44052. Aircraft is painted to represent "Witchcraft" which completed 130 combat missions in the ETO between April 10, 1944 and April 21, 1945. This was the most missions flown by a B-24 in WWII. Aircraft was in Salina, Kansas on tour with B-17G "Nine-o-Nine" and a P-51 "Betty Jane."

No fewer than six ex-IAF Liberators are preserved worldwide. This was delivered to the RAF as KH304 in 9.44 and abandoned in India but rebuilt there around 1948. Remaining in service with 6 Sqdn on maritime surveillance till the late 1960s, she underwent an epic ferry flight to the USA as N7866 in early 1969, hazards including an intercept from Pakistani F-86s. Nowadays displayed inside, the starboard in Indian colours and the other side as 44-44175
