Stored then ferried to ALA in December 2002 and next seen at SHJ in March 1994 with no titles. W/o on 7th June 2004 on a flight from El Fasher in Sudan to Geneina when it landed long and overshot the runway, shearing off the undercarriage

Built in 1981, operated by MRP NPO 'Vzlyot' as CCCP-08827 and registered to Aeroflot as RA-08827 in July 1992. Seen at SHJ as ST-SRA in basic Aeroflot colours with no titles in December 1999 then with Elisra Airlines in May 2003. To Bentiu Air Transport by December that year as per this photo and seen with additional Benair titles on right side only. Last noted in Sudan in 2017

Built in 1975, delivered to Aeroflot's West Siberia division here at Novosibirsk and transferred to Sibir in December 1994. Registration cancelled in March 2004 as sold to Sudan and shown in official documentation as going to AZZA Air Transport, but by May 2006 was seen in service with the Sudanese AF as 26253 based at El Fasher. Given serial 7705 by August, it was equipped with wing bomb racks. Damaged beyond repair at Khartoum in April 2023 during fighting between different factions of the military

Built in 1977 and delivered to the Peruvian AF as FAP-378, returning to the Soviet Union in 1989 as CCCP-27216. Seen at IEV in 1992 in basic FAP camouflage with Aeroflot titles and logo. Taken into service by Aeroflot as RA-26228 form October 1992 and seen here with a Shell emblem on rear fuselage. Registered ER-AZC to Flight Express in March 2003 and seen untitled at IEV in June 2006 as ST-ARJ. In service with Sasco Airlines at Khartoum by late 2007. Stored there by 2016, last seen 2023

Built in 1977, delivered to Aeroflot's Central division and noted at Bykovo in 1993 in operation as a laboratory aircraft with ASLK-75 equipment (Avtomatizirovannaya Sistema Lyotnogo Kontrolya - automated flight control and monitoring system). Wfu by 1999 but registered in September 2002 to Spetsavia, a new name for the Bykovo Avia flight check unit, with 'Lyotnyye proverki i sistemy' titles (Flight checks and systems) - see my 2002 photo here

Built in 1980 as an An-26B, delivered to Aeroflot's West Siberia division and transferred to Aerokuznetsk in March 1994. Seen at Bangkok as EX-003 in November 2002, operated by Aerovista but all-white with no titles at this stage. Reregistered ST-JAC by November 2003 and in full scheme with small Irkutsk Aircraft Repair Plant 403 titles on nose. Seen at Khartoum in March 2006 in AZZA colours, n/t and a year later with African Union Mission in Sudan. Thought to have become 7718 with the Sudanese AF in 2013. Destroyed at KRT April 2023 during fighting between different factions of the military

But registered ER-AUA in November 2006, changing to UR-AUA for Air Sirin in December 2007. Seen at Mykolaiv in October 2012 as 3X-GHK. Flew Plovdiv-Alexandria in December 2013 as 4L-AFT for AG Air. Back to 3X-GHK in 2014 and in April 2015 became EY-327 with no titles, seen at Mogadishu in November 2019

Built in 1979, delivered to Aeroflot's Yakutia division and transferred to Sakha Avia in July 1995,Yakutia in August 2003 and Polyarnaya Avialiniia within a further year. Damaged beyond repair on 11th October 2016 operating a flight from Yakutsk to Byelaya Gora. Landing attempted in below-minima conditions of snow and strong wind, touched down hard on the snow-covered banks of the River Indigirka 390m before the runway threshold and 230m to the left of the centreline. Undercarriage collapsed but 33 onboard escaped unhurt

Registered as an An-26-100 to Turin Avia in November 2003 and Evenkiya by late 2004 (see my 2005 photo here). Airline renamed KrasAvia in 2007 and stored here at Cheremshanka by 2018

Built in 1983 and operated initially by MAP Kazan APO in Aeroflot colours. Noted at IEV in July 2007 as UR-CFX for Greek company Asterias in basic KAPO colours. Seen at Gostomel in 2010 and again in 2013, by then with South Supreme Airlines in a white c/s. Noted at Jubba, capital of South Sudan, with that company in May 2014 registered EK-26310. By 2017 renamed South Sudan Supreme Airlines and registered S9-TLK, changed that year to TR-KNG (illegal). Seen at Jubba in December 2021 with 'HK-4' stickered over first part of reg to read 'HK-4NG'
