Built in 1979, delivered to Aeroflot's Yakutia division and transferred to Sakha Avia in July 1995,Yakutia in August 2003 and Polyarnaya Avialiniia within a further year. Damaged beyond repair on 11th October 2016 operating a flight from Yakutsk to Byelaya Gora. Landing attempted in below-minima conditions of snow and strong wind, touched down hard on the snow-covered banks of the River Indigirka 390m before the runway threshold and 230m to the left of the centreline.
