Sold in 1979, the aircraft was registered N10395 in December 1979, first flying with Bristol Bay Lodge in Alaska. Later with other Alaskan operators, an extended aft cabin with windows was added during a rebuild after an accident in 2001. The current Minnesota based owner bought the floatplane in 2009.

Originally US Army 53-7921 1954 - 72 when stored at Coleman Barracks, Mannheim-Sandhofen, Germany. Sold at auction to B & M Aviation with a number of other DHC-2s, the aircraft was stored at their compound in Lachine, QC until sold to Kenmore Air in 1978.
