The first Twin Otter of Air Alpes, delivered on 7 December 1967. In winter it was used for scheduled services to Courchevel Altiport. Damaged there in a training flight on 16 December 1970. Repaired, converted to DHC-6-200 and apparently no longer operated on skis from that point.

Built in 1978 as C-GNOF. It was delivered to the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) with registration "514", operating for the China Geological Survery in Beijing. Reregistered B-3502 and to China Flying Dragon (in Harbin) in January 1992. Exported to the USA in December 2004 as N565DH. Again exported in August 2005, to the Mission Aviation Fellowship in Papua New Guinea as P2-MFT. Parked at Cairns in August 2019 and to Nordic Seaplanes in December 2019. Initially scheduled to become OY-NSB, but registered HB-LWB in June 2021 (due to operating on the AOC of Zimex). In January 2024, the operator got its own (Maltese) AOC and the aircraft has been operating as 9H-OCEAN from February 2024.

Trigana Air Service used to operate a wide fleet of DHC-6 Twin Otters to support logistics and pax movement to remote runways in the interior of Papua. PK-YPX served with Trigana from 2002 until 2020, when it reached the maximum flight hours/cycle allowed by the manufacturer. It has been put into storage since then.

Back in the early 1980s, this Twin Otter was familiar on the UK scene as G-BIMW of Aurigny

Rolled out in January 1982, this Twin Otter was delivered to MAS Malaysian Airline System as 9M-MDJ in February. It was wrecked landing at Limbang airport, a small field built in 1963 by the British Army. It over ran the end of the runway and crashed into a drainage ditch seriously damaging the forward fuselage on January 8, 1998. A new airport was built after 2000 at Limbang. The aircraft wreckage went to Dodson International Parts until moved to Calgary, Canada and rebuilt sometime during 2019 - 23. Registered C-FDYL in January 2024, Harbour Air put it in service in June.

First flight 1967 and delivered as the 2nd of 4 DHC-6 Twin Otters to the Royal Norwegian Air Force as XJ-L July 20th 1967. August 1972 rr 057, and it served for the 719 squadron based at Bodø. Wfu in December 2001. March 8th 2002 N157KM Kevin McColeDunbarton NH. January 22nd 2010 tfd to Desert Sand Aircraft Leasing Co. Inc, Carson City NV. March 8th 2011 N157KM was sadly written off on take-off from Claytonm County - Tara Fild on at test flight post maintenance. N157KM was at Jarslberg to help Tønsberg Fallskjermklubb, and was probaly to be taken over, but they got N184KM rr to LN-JMP instead
