Ex Delta Airlines N740DA, registered to Air Universal as 9L-LDE 8th Feb 2002 and withdrawn from use OIII (Tehran) Aug 2006

Delivered new (as a series 1) 15th Apr 1983 and converted to a series 250 Apr 1987. Operated its last flight with Delta 6th July 2001 KFLL-KATL. Became 9L-LDE with Air Universal 8th Feb 2002

This Tristar was originally delivered to Delta in April 1983 and is pictured taxying in to its assigned stand. In February 2002 the plane went to Air Universal as 9L-LDE, after which it was leased out short-term to Star Air (Saudia Arabian) and Sudan Airways but was operating again for Air Universal by August 2004 but two years later it was in storage at Tehran (THR) as 9L-LDE. There are reports that it was at some point re-registered EP-LDE but the frame is now on display at the Tehran Aerospace Exhibition as 9L-LDE.

Ex Delta N740DA. Operated Hajj flights in the last few years of its life. Ended up near the Exhibition center. Lots of planes parked together in the most remote corner.

Delivered new (as a Tristar 1) 8th May 1982 and converted to series 250 June 1987. Withdrawn from use KVCV (Victorville) July 2001 and it was sold as EX-058 25th May 2005 but this registration was never taken up and it remained stored.

Delivered new 13th May 1983 and sold as EX-044 3rd Dec 2004

Delivered to Delta in May 1983 as N741DA. Stored at Victorville in June 2001. To Skygate International in December 2004. To SAM Intercontinental in December 2008 as TZ-SPA.

Delivered Dec 82. Wfs and stored 2001. Later went on adventures in the Middle East and Asia. Exact details not reliable,

Assisting Onur Air with extra capacity during the may-school-break that was new in 2005.
