It was one of the many helicopters to attend the American Helicopter Museum's Rotorfest 2004 fly-in at Brandywine Airport in West Chester, PA in October 2004. It was last operated by Open Sky Aviation of New York, NY between August 2016 and August 2018 when its registration was cancelled.
