The NATO Flying Training in Canada (NFTC) acquired 26 Beech CT-156 Harvard II turboprop trainers (Serials 156101-156126) which started replacing the Canadair CT-114 Tutor in 1999. New RCAF student pilots take their Primary Flight Training on the Grob G 120A at the 3 Canadian Forces Flying Training School (3 CFFTS) conducts Students take their at the Southport Aerospace Centre near Portage la Prairie, MB. The CT-156 is used to teach the Phase II Basic course at 2 CFFTS at CFB Moose Jaw, after which students will be streamed into the different platforms (jet, multi-engine, or helicopter).

Lockheed Martin F-22A Raptor lands on Runway 15 at CYXU after performing in the late afternoon at Airshow London 2022. It's operated by the 27th Fighter Squadron located at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia previously known as Langley AFB (KLFI).

Marine Medium Tiltrotor Training Squadron 204 (VMMT-204) flew two MV-22B Osprey's from MCAS New River (KNCA), North Carolina to London International Airport (CYXU) to participate in Airshow London 2022. This was the first time I had seen a V-22 give an airshow performance, so an important milestone my VTOL photography career!

This is one of two Bell Boeing MV-22B Osprey's from Marine Medium Tiltrotor Training Squadron 204 (VMMT-204) that participated in Airshow London 2022 at CYXU airport.

This CC-130J, 130604, from 436 Squadron, RCAF Trenton, Ontario flew daily at Airshow London 2022.

This amphibious 1974 Cessna U206F flew into Airshow London 2022 from its base in Burlington, Ontario.

This USAF Boeing E-3C Sentry made a number of flypasts at Airshow London 2022. It flew in from is base in the US to preform and then returned without landing.

London-based Ornge Leonardo AW139, C-GYNF, was dispatched four times on air ambulance calls during the Saturday performance of Airshow London 2022. Ornge has two AW139 bases in southern Ontario at London International Airport and Toronto's downtown Billy Bishop Airport on Toronto Island (YTZ). Other Ornge AW139 bases are located in Ottawa, Sudbury, Thunder Bay, Kenora and Moosonee.

This AW139, C-GYNP, was seen stored without its main rotor system outside the Ornge air ambulance maintenance hangar at London International Airport. It wears Ornge's new blue and orange colour scheme which was introduced in 2021.

This P-51D served with the RCAF between 1950 and 1956 (as 9245) before sale to the US. It then flew with the Israeli Air Force between 1959-1964 before returning to the US. It's been flown as a warbird since the mid-1960s in the USA and Europe (1991-2022) carrying the registrations N7098V, NL7098V, D-FTSI, N7098V and D-FTSI). In April 2022 it was registered to Dorssers USA Inc, Colcord, OK as N551TF (the second P-51D to carry this registration). It was flown by Canadian pilot Mackenzie Cline at Airshow London 2022.

The 2022 RCAF CF-18 Demonstration Team CF-188 Hornet takesoff from Runway 15 at London International Airport for an evening performance at Airshow London 2022. The pilot was Captain Jesse Haggart-Smith.

Seen on static display at Airshow London 2022, this Cessna A150M was imported new to Canada in 1975 and has spent the last 47 years based at various airports in the province of Ontario with private owners and flight training schools.

This 1973 Cessna 172M wears the markings of Flightline Charters and is registered to 2141409 Ontario at Waterloo International Airport (CYKF) which operates eight aircraft as "Waterloo Warbirds," including a Cessna 150H, North American Harvard II, DH 115 Vampire, MiG 15, Aero L-29C and a pair of Canadair CT-133s.

This AW139, C-GYNN, was built on the Westland Agusta production line at Northeast Philadelphia Airport, PA and delivered to Ontario in 2010 for use by the Ornge air ambulance program. In 2021, Ornge began to slowly repaint its fleet of 12 AW139s in a new orange, white and blue colour scheme. This aircraft was seen outside the Ornge hangar at Toronto - Billy Bishop City Airport (CYTZ) which is usually home for three AW139s, including a maintenance spare.

DHC-2 Beaver C-GBZE departs Toronto Billy Bishop Airport after dropping of passengers . This aircraft was delivered new to the Army Air Corp in February 1967 and flew in the UK until Sept 1989 when it was sold to Wipaire in 1989 and became N2126T. In February 1995 it was imported to Canada as C-FUEZ and went back to the US the next month and registered to JM Transportation as N622JM. In 2001 it became N1621 and registered to a new owner in MT in 2008 and in WA in 2009. In was imported Bourque Bouchier Holds in Alberta in Feb. 2014as C-GBZE and sold to Cottage Air, Bracebridge, ON in Feb 2021.

This is Zenair CH-2000, C-FSTS, was registered to the company in December 1996. It is believed to be the eighth (serial 20-0008) Canadian-built example. Zenair says that "the factory-assembled CH 2000 was built in the USA by AMD Inc. (sold as the ALARUS); in the Kingdom of Jordan by JAI (sold as the SAMA); and then in Peru, South America by Seman (sold as the ANTARQUI)". The CH-2000 is no longer built but four retired examples were photographed outside the Zenair factory at Huronia Airport (CYEE) in Tiny, Ontario on August 28, 2022.

Kit aircraft designer Chris Heinz established Zenair in his garage in the Toronto area in 1974, moved to a larger manufacturing facility in the town of Nobleton (north of Toronto), and finally to Huronia Airport (formerly Midland Airport) 125 km north of Toronto in Tiny, Ontario in the 1980. This unidentified Zenair model has been stored outside the Canadian factory for many years. It seems to be a stretched Zenair CH200/250/300 used during the development of a four-seat model. More details welcome.

There were 19 Evektor-Aerotechnik SportStar light aircraft on the Canadian civil aircraft register in September 2022 with the oldest imported from the Czech Republic in August 2009.

This CH-2000 was manufactured in the US and imported to Canada in in 2007. It was sold to a new private owner in the Province of New Brunswick in May 2022 but photographed at Huronia Airport (CYEE) in Ontario which is also home for the Zenair aircraft factory.
