This 1996 Sikorsky S-76B, N30NY was registered to Manhattan Helicopters (c/o GTI Capital) when parked outside the AAG S-76 charter and maintenance facility at KPOU airport in May 2016. It was cancelled from the FAA register in August 2020. The fate of this S-76B was unknown when the photo was uploaded in Dec 2021.

This 2002 Sikorsky S-76C+ air ambulance was photographed outside the AAR facility at KPOU in May 2016. It was registered to the Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, AR between Nov. 2002 and June 2016 when it was purchased by Sikorsky. Four months after this photograph was taken the aircraft was sold to the Monroe County Sheriffs Office, Key West, Florida and re-registered N911RR on September 30, 2016.

This Sikorsky S-76A, C-GIMZ owned by Canadian Helicopters (CHL) was an air ambulance in Ontario for many years and is seen at the old heliport at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto, which now has a rooftop pad. Ontario launched a helicopter EMS program in the late 1970s using contract helicopters, with the first "Bandage 1" in Toronto, a Bell 212. Ornge was formed in 2007 to take over management of the EMS program and later paid $28 million for 11 used CHL S-76As, including C-GIMZ. These were replaced by a fleet of AW139s starting in 2010. Some of S-76s were donated to tech schools.

Miami Children's Hospital's sole helicopter, operated by PHI Air Medical, departs the parking lot behind the East Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida following HAI Heli-Expo 2007. The hospital has a rooftop helipad. In 2015, the hospital was renamed the Nicklaus Children's Hospital after a generous pledge from golf icon Jack Nicklaus and his wife Barbara and their foundation.

Ex 5N-BMD. Became LN-ONZ in December 2015 and operated by Helilease. Its current identity is not known, although a source on the internet mentioned it may be N-registered now.
