Originally founded as a subsidiary of Trans European Airways from Belgium, TEA Switzerland managed to keep operating succesfully when TEA collapsed in 1991. The airline was later acquired by easyJet in 1997.
Air One was the new brand of Aliadriatica and started flying as such in 1995. It operated scheduled and charter-flights in Italy and across Europe using B737s and CRJ-900s. In 2008 the airline merged with Alitalia and became that airline's LCC. Eventually the brand was discontinued by Alitalia in 2014.
