The letters NAC indicate "Nico's Aircraft Corporation" after the two technicians who restored the aircraft and who apparently both had Nico has their first name. The aircraft was scrapped in 1998. It crash landed in a field in the nearby village of Best. The aircraft was written off. Since the crash, the remains were seen on several locations, last at Gilze-Rijen airbase on 19 March 2016 when it presumably left to be scrapped.
