When pictured at Reno Steadfield, this Tarhe served the 1165th TptCo of the Nevada Army NAtional Guard. The Tarhe became N4099B after its storage period at AMARC. The helicopter was sold to Erickson and was converted to S-64F. It was leased to Korean Forest Service as FP201 in 2000, returned to Erickson Erickson Air Crane as N4099B in December 2001. It was again leased to Korean Forest Service as FP201. Its registration N4099B was cancelled in January 2002. On 29 November 2007, it became HL9442 with Sallim-cheong, the Korean Forestry Service as FP201.

The museum has repainted the Silver Star to the original pre-unification RCAF colours and serial number 21714. It was previously displayed in post-unification Candadian Armed Forces colours as 133471.

Built as US Navy 127952 and transferred to the UK in February 1953. Struck off charge on 27 March 1961. Some of these became target tugs with Svensk Flygtjanst in Sweden, but this one was not so lucky.
