Used in the film Reach for the Sky at RAF Kenley then retired as to RAF Manson as gate guardian in September 1955. When seen here it shared the duties with Canberra PR.3 WE168 and Javelin FAW.9 XH764. It was refurbished by the Medway Aviation Preservation Society at Rochester in 1978/79 and returned to Manston. It has been under cover in the Spitfire & Hurricane Memorial Museum there since 1981.
