Bought by Omega Air in September 1990 as a KC-135 engine and engine pylon donor aircraft, it was w/o at Marana - Pinal Air Park on the 20th of that month when control was lost on take-off due to incorrectly set rudder trim. Many instruments had already been stripped from the cockpit, the pilots' instrument panels containing only two airspeed indicators, an altimeter and a standby attitude indicator
