As far as I can determine, this was the second 1980s C-46 for Ilford Riverton and they changed name to Air Manitoba about this time. Imported about a month earlier and here still without titles (doubtless while they sorted things out), it has been fully painted in a livery that would set the trend for later additions. The cheat-line is heavily influenced by the design of former operator of this aircraft, Ortner Air Service, where it was N74171.

A typical winter scene that could just as easily be taken in 1954 as 1984. During the period from 1970 operators in Winnipeg regressed from turbine equipment (B737/YS-11/HS748) to veterans like these. Ilford Riverton Airways' first C-46 after re-introduction of the type and shown here before the blue/red livery was applied.

Mobile Oil Canada's DC-3 here probably on delivery ferry to Bradley Air Services, who bought it about this period. Note the unusual 90-degree exhaust pipe. Noted derelict at Carp, Ontario May 2006 and cancelled by Transport Canada on 25 June 2013 as exported to Colombia, presumably for parts as no subsequent activity found.
