Exported to Canada in 2013 as C-GFPX, registered to 2080061 Ontario Inc of Sioux Lookout, trading as Sky Care Charters and Air Ambulance. Damaged beyond repair on 26 May 2017 after landing 50 metres short of the runway at Arnprior Airport, Ontario on an air ambulance flight from North Bay. The nose gear collapsed and the aircraft slid 600 metres along the runway before coming to rest. The three occupants evacuated safely.
