The Stark Turbulent D was a German closed cockpit development of the French Druine Turbulent light aircraft. This example is preserved in the Deutsches Museum.

At the Visitors Hill at MUC, a modern CRJ is framed with two great classic airliners, and opposing WWII workhorses, the Ju 52 and DC-3. Originally 41-2005, a rare C-53B, this aircraft served with several airlines in Scandinavia after the war (lastly with Nor-Fly as LN-KLV), but never with Swissair. Its last real registration was N65371. The real HB-IRN still exists in Lucerne.

First flown in 1925, the Flamingo was an aerobatic trainer built by Ernst Udet's company.

The Junkers Junior was first flown in 1929. This aircraft was built in 1931.

The Rumpler C.IV was a main German reconnaisance aircraft of the Great War. This original example is preserved at the Deutsches Museum in downtown Munich.

First flown in June 1919, the metal Junkers F13 was one of the first real airliners. No aircraft could look more like a Meccano toy plane, but have a good look and see how advanced it actually was for its day. The aircraft shown here was delivered to Afghanistan in 1928 and by 1937 it served with the Afghan air force. In 1968 its wreck was recovered from a scrapyard in Kabul and donated to the Deutsches Museum. Reconstructed and on display since 1984. According to some sources the construction number is not certain and could also be c/n 2019. The real D-366 was c/n 723.
