Holding on taxiway "A" for a quarter of an hour while waiting for the departure sector to become clear the deafening noise and emissions from 36 Allison engines at a civil airport ensured the experiment was not repeated.

Having lined up displaced to left and right of the centerline the take off sequence required the first aircraft crossing the threshold, the second airborne past midpoint, the third approaching VR and the fourth starting the take off roll. Airborne aircraft kept very low over the perimeter to enable succeeding aircraft a clear view ahead.
